Our client
Our client was originally from Spain but moved to the UAE a decade ago to start up a company in property investment – a lucrative time in the UAE. The client intended to purchase a family home in London as the children were at school here. The property was worth £2.3 million. The children had three more years at school, so the client, therefore, wanted a mortgage in line with this – they would then decide whether to rent the property out and move back to the UAE or continue living there.
In addition, the client wanted to move quickly to make sure that they would not lose the ideal property.
