We simultaneously re-mortgaged their current property onto a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.articusfinance.com\/hk\/buy-to-let-remortgage\"><span style=\"color: #45818e;\"><u>buy-to-let<\/u><\/span><\/a> allowing them to release equity in order to fund the purchase of the new property with any associated costs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">This particular situation was possible because the private bank, with whom Articus has had a long-standing relationship, was able to review the client\u2019s foreign currency income, business growth and recent financial figures to assess their affordability.
